THE WAIT IS OVER

I know you all have been patiently waiting to learn how I perform my magic, and by that, I mean doing my eyebrows. The wait is officially over; today, I’ll be sharing my tutorial on how I do my eyebrows.

PREP

Before I do my eyebrows or makeup in general, I always wash my face. If you’ve been here long enough, you should know that my favorite face wash is the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Wash. After washing and drying my face, I get all of my brow products in order.

PRODUCTS

All of the products that I have are very easy to use, so they shouldn’t be a problem no matter your skill level. Here is a list of everything that I will be using:

STEP BY STEP

I begin by blending out a small amount of concealer on my eyelids and forehead to give a base for the parts of my eyebrows that I have to draw on.

Then, I brush out my brows with the spoolie on one end of my Brow Definer to help push my hair back into the shape I want.

I start with outlining the top and bottom of my brows to the shape that I want, making sure to do one part at a time to make sure that both eyebrows are similar but not identical. They will look scary at this stage, but they will look better later on.

After I have my brows outlined, I’ll fill them in from back to front, focusing on making the end of my brows the darkest.

Next, I’ll brush out the filled-in brows with the spoolie to blend out the harsh lines. A hack that I’ll sometimes do is rubbing my finger around the edges of my brows to give them a sharper line instead of cutting them out with concealer. In the photo below, you’ll see the difference between brushed and unbrushed.

After finishing my brows, I’ll move into finishing the rest of my makeup, as I’ve mentioned in my Everyday Beauty Routine, and go over my brows with the clear brow gel to set them in place, finishing the look.

Make sure to come back later to learn my answers to the most asked makeup questions.
