Lay Your Foundation
For any good makeup look, having a clean base to work with is best. Washing your face, applying moisturizer and primer is the first step to that. This will help ensure your makeup stays in place all day. Today, I’m going to teach you how to double contour. What I mean by double contour is applying both a cream and powder bronzer.
TOOLS
Having the right brushes is very important when you’re doing your makeup, and it will affect the overall look and application time. I recently started using a foundation brush, and it is life-changing with how much faster my makeup goes on. My favorite brushes for doing my face makeup are MORPHE X JACLYN HILL THE COMPLEXION MASTER COLLECTION.

I recently got this set for Christmas, and they have replaced my old brushes as my new favorites. The JH03 is the brush that will be the key to having a fast application. It is a foundation brush with the perfect size brush face, which will allow you to work with all areas of your face. The rest of the brushes in this collection will be used as well.
PRODUCTS
Having all of the products ready that are needed for your look will make application faster. My makeup is in the same layout everyday, where I would know exactly where a product is located even if I was blindfolded. For the contour, you will need three shades of concealer, setting powder, bronzer, and highlighter. I use three different concealers for this look because it makes it easier to layer with powder bronzer rather than foundation. The products I used for this look are:
Using multiple concealers will ensure the look will last, and it will help bring definition to your face. The difference in the Elf concealers, despite being the same shade, is that the hydrating concealer is what we will be using for contour because it is a darker shade than the regular camo concealer.
STEP-BY-STEP
1. After applying moisturizer and primer, you should lightly buff out a small amount of
L 'Oreal Infallible Concealer all over your face with the JH03 foundation brush.

2. Then, I quickly filled in my eyebrows, which is optional.
3. Apply Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer on your forehead, cheekbones, nose, and temples. You want to focus on what features you want to stand out, but this is my go-to application.

4. After applying the liquid contour, you want to buff it out again with the JH03 brush going in upward strokes.

5. Then, you will apply the Elf Camo Concealer to brighten up and conceal any blemishes or redness throughout the center of your face. I focus on under my eyes, bridge of the nose, chin, forehead, and near my jawline.

6. You will then again buff that out with the JH03 brush.

7. After this, you will set your face with No 7 Perfect Light Pressed Powder using the JH07 brush.
8. Moving into powder contour, you will take Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer and the JH02 brush. With this, you will blend that out over the cream contour on your forehead and cheekbones.

9. I add in a nose contour, but this is optional.
10. To add some sparkle, I add ColourPop Super Shock Highlighter on the highpoints on my face with the JH09 brush.
11. To finish out this look, I added some mascara and set my face.

By now, you should have a completed contoured look. Come back later to learn even more makeup and beauty tips.
